Wireless Vision Donates Over 7,000 Backpacks Market-Wide

AUGUST 28, 2017 — More than 7,000 students will have a great start to the school year, thanks to the partnership between Wireless Vision and the Kids in Need Foundation.

Wireless Vision partners with the Kids in Need Foundation to help students get ready for the school year by giving a backpack to each student. The team hosts an event at each of these schools, which are need of funds and materials, and Wireless Vision associates volunteer their time to make each event a success.

Wireless Vision, T-Mobile’s largest retail partner, has donated over 30,000 backpacks since 2012. In fact, this initiative launched its social responsibility program, Wireless Vision’s Got Your Back (#WVGYB), which CEO Saber Ammori is very passionate about.

“Giving back is part of who we are. One of our core values is ‘Passion for our People’ and that doesn’t stay within our store walls. We are passionate about our employees, customers, and our communities,” he said.

In addition to backpack giveaways, Wireless Vision is committed to serving its communities through community clean-ups, clothing drives, raising money for important causes, helping the hungry, and much more.
