Ammori has more than 25 years of experience in business management and operations. His entrepreneurial drive led him to start several successful businesses, most of them retail-oriented. Wireless Vision, a family-owned business established in 2004, today operates more than 700 T-Mobile locations in 28 states. The expansion has come through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth.

Saber Ammori


Saber is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Wireless Vision. He has over 25 years of experience in business management and operations. His entrepreneurial drive has led him to start several successful businesses, most of them retail-oriented. Saber holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood Institute and a Master’s Degree in Management from Walsh College. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jeanine, and playing sports with their five boys.

What is your favorite WV core value and why?

Passion for Our People. Wireless Vision is built on great people. It motivates me to do great things because of the people.

What does the purpose statement mean to you?

The best part of this statement is watching people's lives get better from their career. The true difference is making a difference in people's lives and watching them grow.

Mark J Denha


Co-founder of Wireless Vision, Mark brings over 20 years of exceptionally successful experience in the business world. This has involved the start-up, ownership, and operation of a variety of retail outlets. He participates in various community fund-raising charitable events. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1984, and he is a certified public accountant and a licensed builder. Mark and his wife, Nesreen, have three beautiful daughters.

Byrne Doyle

Chief Operating Officer

Byrne is Wireless Vision’s Chief Operating Officer. With 20 years at Best Buy under his belt, Byrne has gained experience in multiple fields, from Retail Associate to District Manager to Senior VP of Strategic Growth Office Operations. Byrne brings invaluable insight and experience to the team as we continue to grow as an organization. At home in Pittsburgh, Byrne’s wife and five daughters keep him busy.

Don Klacking

Chief Financial Officer

Don is the Chief Financial Officer at Wireless Vision. Prior to joining WV, Don managed nearly 300 dental practices in 10 states as CFO of Great Expressions Dental Centers. Don is no stranger to rapid growth, and provides immense knowledge and experience to WV as we continue to build the infrastructure needed for positive and sustainable growth. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an amateur softball player and watersports enthusiast.

Tell us more about you

I am married with two daughters (10 and 13). I enjoy live music and boating, playing softball, and attending sporting events. My hometown is West Bloomfield.

What is your favorite WV core value and why?

Be Honest, Be Humble. Open and honest communication is key to having successful relationships in your personal and professional life. Creating a professional environment where people feel empowered to share their feelings and ask questions helps everyone grow and improve.


Senior Vice President of Operations

Leading Wireless Vision as the Senior VP of Sales and Operations, Aaron brings over 25 years of retail experience, with the last 10 years working in a senior leadership role. With his strong focus on building a diverse and talented team of leaders, Wireless Vision has continued to be a leader in the wireless industry. Aaron has a strong partnership with the executive team and focuses on building a true sales and service culture that builds customer loyalty and delivers a world-class employee experience while living our values every day.

Aaron attended Madison University and still considers Wisconsin home. Currently, Aaron, wife Christy, their son and daughter are enjoying all that Chicago has to offer. But that doesn’t mean they don’t get back to Wisconsin to enjoy outdoor activities such as boating and snowmobiling, to name a couple. Family is number one to Aaron, both his personal family and his WV family.

Yolanda Royall-Williams

VP of People & Engagement

Yolanda has over 20 years of experience supporting the retail industry with her leadership in Human Resources. She joined Wireless Vision in 2016- as Director of Human Resources and the first WV Corporate Office Director. Yolanda is passionate that the success of any organization starts not with resources but a with a people-first orientation which is why she chose her title to be reflective of People & Engagement. Yolanda leads the Talent Acquisition, Benefits and People strategies for Vision. She takes pride in strengthening the Vision culture through People & Engagement to set our teams up to do their best work and have an amazing employee experience.

Yolanda lives in MI with her “2 guys”, her 19 year old son Tyler (currently away at college) and husband, Rance. Yolanda attended Central State University and enjoys family time, community work and staying healthy so she can live her best life…YOLO!

Tell us more about you

I was born and raised in Detroit and am proud to be a Motor City Girl. My two favorite guys are my husband and my son. Traveling and time with family are my best hobbies. I treat shopping like a hobby, but it is probably more of an addiction that I need to work on.

Allan Lamb

VP of Operations, Properties and Strategic Growth

Allan has been with Wireless Vision for over 23 years. He has been married to his beautiful wife for 32 years with two adult children. Currently living in sunny Arizona. Allan’s favorite WV core value is, “Passion for Our People – I met the owners of Wireless Vision in 2004 and from day one, I knew they were great people. Their approach towards how they value relationships, internal and external is amazing. They live this value to the fullest extent.”

What I love about our purpose statement is that it is not industry specific and can be applied in anything we choose to pursue as a company. Making people lives better is really what it is all about.

Srinivas Janyavula

VP of Information Technology

Srini is responsible for technology and leadership for the development and implementation of Enterprise IT strategy. Further, he directs the development, maintenance, and operations of enterprise information systems. Srini has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry delivering business and IT solutions to several global retail and CPG companies. He has a diverse background from both corporate America and entrepreneurship and is passionate about simplification, streamlining and enabling self-service of WV business processes. Srini enjoys spending time with his wife, Kavitha, and kids.

Rob Stapleton

Vice President of Sales and Operations West

Rob is Wireless Vision’s VP of Sales & Operations and has been in the Wireless Vision industry for over 20 years. He has a wife and two sons, as well as three dogs. You may find him fishing or snowmobiling in his hometown of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. His favorite WV core value is “Passion for Our People,” because there is nothing more important than customers and employees in this industry.

Juan Rojas

Vice President of Sales and Operations East

Juan has over 20 years of experience in retail including international retail operations and strategy. He joined Wireless Vision in 2016 as a Director of Sales and Operations in the Southeast and is now leading the operations team as Vice President. Juan is passionate about building a culture where people can do their best work and leaders are part of the team.

Juan, his wife Brandi son Eros live in Orlando, Florida where they enjoy riding their motorcycles and attending amusement parks. Juan received his MBA from the University of Central Florida where his wife also attended.

Joseph MacLean

General Counsel

Joe joined WV in 2019 as inaugural General Counsel. He has 30+ years with growth companies resolving operational, legal/regulatory, and risk/compliance issues. Joe received his MBA and JD degrees from University of Detroit Mercy. He also has a BA from Michigan State University/Broad College of Business. Joe and his wife Margie live in historic Northville, Michigan and have five children scattered to the four winds.
